Designer Collection (Pre-Order)

• Processing Time: 3–6 business days

• Shipping Time: 3–6 business days (after processing)

• Total Estimated Delivery Time: 6–12 business days

• Tracking numbers will be sent via email once your order ships.

Note: Designer pieces are final sale due to the nature of sourcing and demand. Please double-check sizing and item details before placing your order.

All regular fashion pieces listed as “In Stock” are processed and shipped quickly from our location.

• Processing Time: 2–4 business days

• Shipping Time: 2–5 business days (via USPS, UPS, or FedEx)

• Carrier: Most orders are shipped via USPS Priority Mail, but we may use UPS or FedEx depending on size/location.

Free shipping on all U.S. orders over $75.

We currently do not ship internationally, but are working to expand in the near future.

Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive an email with your tracking number. Please allow 24–48 hours for the tracking to update.

We are not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or incorrect shipping information provided at checkout.

If your order is marked as delivered but you did not receive it, please contact the shipping carrier directly to file a claim.
